NextDayGPS Used Equipment Warranty Policy

Product Warranty Categories, details, and duration.

  1. Primary Hardware – Tablets, GPS Receivers, Robots include a 60 day warranty that covers:
    1. Broken/Damaged components under normal use
    2. Internal electronic failure under normal use
  2. Accessories (poles, brackets, batteries, etc) – No Warranty available.

Warranty Inspection Process

 When the end user reports an issue that they believe should be a warranty item, they will be required to ship the part in question to NextDayGPS.  A service technician will inspect the product and determine the cause of failure.  If the failure is found to be within the warranty period and to be a failure or defect within warranty guidelines, NextDayGPS will do one of the following:

  1. Repair the product at no cost and return the product to the customer.
  2. Replace the product at no cost and return the product to the customer.
  3. Refund the customer if a repair or a replacement is not possible.

Items not covered under warranty (including but not limited to)

  1. Exposure to liquid
  2. Damage due to negligence; drops, etc.
  3. Damage resulting from unauthorized modification of product
  4. Damage resulting from environmental causes
  5. Theft or loss of product

Warranty Request

  1.  A customer should start a warranty request by calling or emailing NextDayGPS technical support between the hours of 7AM-4PM EST. Technical support may choose to attempt troubleshooting procedures or instruct customer to ship product to NextDayGPS if no troubleshooting is possible.
